The ongoing World Cup and State Of Origin over the weekend can only mean some serious snacking and sofa-based football watching. And what screams half-time snacks more than chips? Parmesan Chips! Change up your chip game with our fast, easy and crunchy Parmesan Chips, are a great pre, post or even half-time snack to keep you going. Check out the video below!

Time: 15 minutes
1 cup of finely grated Parmesan
1 ½ tbsp plain flour
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
Combine all the ingredients together. Place a large non-stick fry pan over a medium heat.
Working in batches form 2-tablespoon mounds of the mixture in the pan and with the back of the spoon spread out a little to make into rounds. Once the cheese begins to sizzle, melt and caramelise around the sides, flip carefully with a spatula and cook on the other side for a few seconds until golden.
Place on a wire rack and continue the process until all of the mixture is used.
